World’s Best Banana Pudding
Ingredients
2 cups whole milk
1 3.4oz package instant vanilla pudding
1 3.4oz package instant banana creme pudding
1 quart heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 box Nilla Wafers
Confectioners sugar to taste
5-6 ripe bananas, thinly sliced
Method
Combine both pudding mixes in a large mixing bowl and whisk in the whole milk and sweetened condensed milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Set aside.
In another large bowl, combine heavy cream and vanilla. Using a hand mixer, beat on high until stuff peaks form. Add confectioners sugar to taste.
Add half the whipped cream into pudding mixture and gently fold together with a spatula.
In your serving dish, layer the bottom with Nilla Wafers. Top with a layer of banana slices. Next, top w/ half the pudding mixture. Repeat layers one more time, finishing off with remaining whipped cream.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
